What will my delivery package look like? Do you offer discreet packaging?
Here at I Smoke Fresh understand that our customer are concerned about privacy and discretion.
For your privacy, everything we ship will be in unmarked brown or standard USPS/Canada Post boxes with a return address labelled "Brothers Produce Inc". There will be no mention of I Smoke Fresh on your package. We do everything possible to ensure our packages are discrete.
We do not guarantee arrival dates. We try our best to prevent any delays from our side.
I would like to know, where do you ship from?
We ship from Toronto, Canada. Occasionally, a few of our items ship directly from supplier located in USA.
When will I get my package?
Once you place your order, our shipping team does it best to pack the order and ship it as soon as possible.
All of our packages are shipped out via USPS / Canada Post.
Here at I Smoke Fresh we offer a variety of shipping speeds via USPS.
We send tracking labels via email once the package is picked up by the post office.
Our customers do not receive a tracking number until the package has been processed, packaged, and labeled for pick up by the USPS.
What happens if I receive a broken product?
It is highly unlikely that you will receive a broken glass. I Smoke Fresh will replace your broken item at no cost. What you need to do:
#1 Notify our support team within 72 hours of delivery.
#2 Send your order number.
#3 Few photos of the packaging.
#4 Damaged item.
We will take care of replacement. Don't through away our a broken item until you contact support team.
